The Writing Desk a free writing assistance service for students. The link will take you to their page on the CGCC website. You can submit your paper for evaluation, and get help with an emphasis on focus and clarity in writing.

The MLA Style Center is a free online companion site to the new eighth edition of the MLA Handbook and is the only MLA-authorized Web site on MLA style. The site requires no registration and is chock-full of useful information.

Purdue's Online Writing Lab (OWL) MLA Formatting & Style Guide webpage(s) provide some really great, quick help for figuring out how to format your paper, and your citations! I would recommend checking here, as they have an easily navigable display and the citation formatting is broken down in an accessible way.

Not all citation creators are built equally:

make sure you keep in mind that computer-generated citations can occasionally spit out flawed citations, so go over them with a fine-toothed comb before turning in your assignment!
